Position: Electrician for Critical R&D Facilities
Join Jones Lang LaSalle as an Electrician supporting essential Research & Development labs in Goleta, CA. Ensure the operational integrity of diverse environments from clean rooms to testing labs.

This role is ideal for experienced electricians focused on commercial and industrial electrical systems. With over three years of experience, you will conduct assessments, troubleshoot power systems, and perform preventative maintenance. You'll engage with various teams ensuring the highest safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine assessments of lab systems and equipment

• Troubleshoot electrical systems including single- and three-phase

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings

• Perform preventative maintenance on lighting and distribution systems

• Document work orders accurately in JLL’s CMMS platform

Requirements:

• Valid Electrical License – Journeyman or equivalent

• 3+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience

• Strong knowledge of NEC standards and electrical safety

• Multi-trade maintenance background preferred

• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate lifts
