As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunications equipment. This role requires strong technical skills, especially in fiber optics, Local Area Networks, and customer service. You'll work independently and on-site to ensure reliable communication services for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and troubleshoot fiber optic and telecom services
• Resolve connectivity issues for internet and video services
• Conduct infrastructure wiring and troubleshoot related problems
• Engage with customers to understand and resolve issues
• Assist in training new field technicians
Requirements:
• Minimum of 12 months as a field technician
• Knowledge of fiber optic networks and telecommunications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
