Field Technician

Position: Field Technician Role ON
Leavitt Machinery is hiring a Field Technician focused on heavy equipment and automotive repair in Brampton, Ontario. Leverage your skills to ensure machinery is diagnosed, repaired, and maintained efficiently.

As a Field Technician at Leavitt Machinery, your role will include performing repairs and inspections while providing excellent service to clients. You'll coordinate closely with the Service Dispatcher and manage repairs effectively. This role values clear communication and documentation to enhance service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair various material handling equipment

• Ensure timely updates to Service Dispatcher

• Engage with customers on job scope and repairs

• Prepare parts and documentation before job sites

• Report safety incidents and uphold safety standards

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant repair experience

• Valid Heavy Duty or Automotive Journeyperson’s ticket

• Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving abilities

• High school diploma

• Valid driver's license for regional travel
