We are looking for an experienced Service Technician with a strong background in EV and HEV diagnosis. Your responsibilities will include repairing and maintaining Lucid Motors vehicles, utilizing software suites for documentation, and teaching others your technical expertise. Outstanding customer service skills are essential as you interact with clients and collaborate with the service team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive mechanical and electrical repairs
• Stay updated on High Voltage and Low Voltage systems
• Follow correct documentation procedures for repairs
• Communicate effectively with service team and customers
• Support mobile service operations when needed
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in automotive technology
• Strong knowledge of electric vehicle systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and DMS software
• ASE Certification preferred but not mandatory
