ET Group is seeking a skilled AV Integration Technician to lead high-priority projects while ensuring alignment with client expectations and ET standards. You’ll act as the primary technical authority on-site, handling complex installations and troubleshooting issues. With a commitment to ongoing learning, you’ll also mentor junior team members and manage multiple project priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complex AV installations and integrations
• Serve as on-site technical authority and troubleshoot issues
• Review project documentation and assist with planning
• Support and oversee field technicians and installers
• Maintain project alignment with PMs and other trades
Requirements:
• Extensive experience with Crestron, Biamp, and AV platforms
• Valid G class License and personal vehicle
• Proof of insurance for daily travel
• Required certifications in AV processing and control systems
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
