Metrie, a leader in interior millwork, is looking for a customer-focused Field Service Technician based in Halton Hills. This role requires strong expertise in exterior door systems, conducting inspections, repairs, and support for door assembly. You will also contribute to quality control and maintain efficient warehouse operations to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose installation issues through jobsite inspections

• Perform on-site repairs on pre-hung doors and components

• Document inspections and repair findings meticulously

• Support daily operations in the Halton Hills Door Shop

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives in product repair

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of exterior door systems and installation

• Comfortable using hand and power tools

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean record

• Ability to lift heavy doors and materials
