We are looking for a detailed-oriented Welder with 1-3 years of experience at Triple M Metal. This role focuses on utilizing various techniques, including Shielded Metal Arc Welding, to execute precise welds. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare materials using various tools for welding

• Conduct manual welding with SMAW and FCAW methods

• Cut metals accurately using Oxy Acetylene Torch

• Complete assigned custom fabrication jobs

• Maintain production equipment for efficiency

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of welding experience required

• Must hold a valid CWB Certification

• Knowledge of small construction equipment preferred

• Familiar with rigging and blueprint interpretation

• Proven ability to work independently and as a team
