Electrician - Plant Maintenance

Position: Novolex Electrician - Plant Maintenance Role
Join Novolex® as an Electrician to maintain and improve machine performance in our Thermoforming Plant. Leverage your electrical and mechanical expertise for impactful work.

In this integral maintenance role at Novolex®, you will perform various tasks including troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and conducting preventative maintenance. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in utilities management and be comfortable working r contributions will help uphold Novolex®’s sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs and overhauls

• Inspect machinery for malfunctions and irregularities

• Install and maintain piping systems in facilities

• Utilize lifting devices to set up machinery

• Document maintenance activities and part usage

Requirements:

• Experience with PLC programming and utility equipment

• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work on industrial machinery

• Valid driver's license and personal hand tools
