As a 310T Licensed Truck & Fleet Mechanic, you will:

• Conduct routine diagnostics and maintenance on fleet assets
• Perform required inspections according to regulatory and industry specifications
• Review driver inspection reports and complete required repairs
• Road test vehicles and perform diagnostic testing on vehicle systems and components
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Read and work from electrical and mechanical schematics
• Stay current with advances in vehicle repair systems, equipment, and technology
• Complete work orders in TMW and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance
• Monitor parts inventory and replenish parts as required
• Coach, guide, and provide technical oversight to Shop Apprentices
• Follow all workplace safety policies, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Maintain a safe, clean, productive, and efficient work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 310T certification
• 3-5 years of trade experience
• Proven mechanical abilities in hydraulics and electrical systems
• Experience with schematics and diagnostics
• Ability and willingness to coach and mentor apprentices within a registered apprenticeship program
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment
• Tools appropriate for fleet maintenance
• G Class driver's licence
• PC literacy with mid-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-related software

• AZ driver's licence
• Welding experience
• Practical experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS)

You'll primarily work in a heavy equipment and fleet maintenance shop environment
, performing hands-on service, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.

Safety, cleanliness, productivity, and teamwork are important parts of how we operate.

You'll work closely with:

• Mechanics and Apprentices
• Fleet Manager
• Drivers and Driver Services Team
• Warehouse Manager
• General Manager

You'll also provide technical oversight and mentorship to Apprentice Mechanics, making your experience an important part of developing our team.
