Expert Mechanic - Heavy Equipment

Ledcor Highways is hiring experienced Truck and Coach Technicians in Ontario, focusing on heavy equipment maintenance for highway safety. This role is pivotal to our community's infrastructure.

As a heavy-duty mechanic based mainly in Sault Ste. Marie, you will maintain equipment like plow and sanding trucks. Your contributions ensure operational integrity and safety adherence, which are crucial for road maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain heavy trucks and machinery

• Follow internal and manufacturer maintenance guidelines

• Ensure compliance with safety standards

• Maintain accurate documentation of work done

Requirements:

• Valid 310T Truck and Coach ticket or equivalent

• Previous experience in heavy equipment maintenance

• Valid Driver's License and provision of a driver's abstract

• Proficient in following instructions and reading technical documents
