Apply heavy-metal welding experience with WRENCH POWER TRUCK REPAIR as a permanent, full-time Welder working on-site in Brampton, Ontario.
This Welder position requires experience with steel, iron, and heavy metals, supported by relevant welding knowledge. You will interpret specifications, read technical documents, and determine material weldability. Knowledge of auto, truck, machinery, or equipment repair is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine the weldability of materials
- Interpret welding process specifications
- Read welding blueprints and technical drawings
- Operate manual and automated welding equipment
- Perform minor welding equipment repairs
- Experience working with steel and iron
- Experience working with heavy metals
- One to less than two years of relevant experience
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- Auto or truck repair knowledge is an asset
