Major Appliance Repair Technician

Diagnose and repair major appliances at Best Buy Canada’s Brampton warehouse, using technical knowledge and accurate troubleshooting practices. Saturday availability is required.

As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will repair ranges, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and refrigerators. You will reference manuals, schematics, and websites while identifying required parts. The position supports accurate documentation, professional customer service, and efficient repair completion.

• Diagnose major appliances accurately and identify required parts
• Repair appliances while maximizing repairs without replacing parts
• Coordinate components with the Parts Team
• Maintain paperwork, service records, and system data
• Deliver quality repairs while minimizing rework and turnaround times

• Minimum two years diagnosing, repairing, and troubleshooting major appliances
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent required
• Strong technical knowledge of appliance repair practices
• Strong communication, collaboration, computer, and organizational skills
• Saturday availability for the scheduled shift required
