This Maintenance Mechanic Level 1 role supports packaging, processing, and facilities equipment. Responsibilities include installation, repair, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and preventative maintenance. The position also emphasizes equipment condition, GMP, and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, repair, maintain, improve, and troubleshoot plant machinery
- Support packaging, processing, and facilities operations
- Read blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings
- Set up, disassemble, relocate, and assemble equipment
- Complete electronic shift reports for assigned tasks
- Millwright license or equivalent experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five to seven years mechanical and electrical experience
- Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting experience
- Valid driver’s license
