Diagnose major appliances at Best Buy Canada’s Brampton warehouse using technical knowledge, manuals, schematics, and websites. Saturday availability is required.
As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will repair ranges, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and refrigerators. The work emphasizes accurate diagnosis, efficient repairs, strong first-time completion, and exceptional customer service. You will also coordinate with internal teams and maintain organized records.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose appliances and identify required parts accurately
- Repair major appliances while minimizing parts replacement
- Coordinate components with the Parts Team
- Maintain paperwork, service records, and system entries
- Deliver quality repairs and professional customer service
- Minimum two years diagnosing and repairing major appliances
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent required
- Strong technical knowledge of appliance repair practices
- Strong communication, computer, and collaboration skills
- Saturday availability for the stated weekday shift
