Dental Equipment Service Technician

Maintain dental equipment for Medline Canada customers through troubleshooting and repair. Support installations, maintenance contracts, and dependable client service.

This Service Technician ensures customer on-site dental equipment operates properly. The work includes diagnosing issues, repairing and calibrating equipment, and supporting new installations. You will communicate recommended repairs, complete work orders, and coordinate service information with Sales Representatives and Service Coordinators.

• Respond promptly to customer service requests
• Diagnose, adjust, repair, and calibrate dental equipment
• Document equipment issues, repairs, and completed work orders
• Support installations and verify manufacturer specifications
• Sell and follow through on maintenance contracts

• Ability to communicate equipment issues and recommended repairs
• Ability to arrange required parts, supplies, and tools
• Ability to maintain appropriate vehicle inventory
• Commitment to reporting incidents, injuries, and near misses
• Willingness to participate in ongoing educational programs
