At our Administration Office
The successful candidates will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Provide legendary guest experiences, handling customer requests and inquiriesProvide administrative support to the Administration DepartmentAssist with filing, data entry, document preparation, and recordkeepingHelp process invoices, transfers, and other routine financial paperwork as requiredRespond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely mannerSupport office functions such as mail handling, scanning, and organizing documentationAssist with routine reconciliations or reporting tasks as directedMaintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresQualifications:
Post-secondary education in Business, Office Administration, or a related field is an assetPrevious administrative or clerical experience requiredStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with accounting software is an assetExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
