This is a 40-hour a week position;
This position is Seasonal typically operating May-November.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Provide general clerical assistance to support daily office operations.
- Maintain and update the shipping calendar for all Manitoba locations to ensure accurate scheduling and communication.
- Review incoming orders, ensure accuracy, and prepare necessary documentation for fulfillment.
- Prepare, process, and organize shipping documents in accordance with company and customer requirements.
- Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Other duties as assigned
Essential
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in scheduling coordination and/or customer service (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
- Strong ability to work under pressure, especially during busy seasons
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with teammates, customers and suppliers
Job requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Must have own means of transportation to and from work.
