Responsibilities
  • Performing general office duties, including filing, printing forms, scanning documents, and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Conducting paper verification tasks to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Visiting various production floors to perform swabbing activities and microbiological plate readings.
  • Archiving documents and maintaining organized records.
  • Providing administrative support to the Food Safety and Regulatory Team, including data entry, sample preparation, and calibrating measuring tools.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Intermediate Excel skills and solid computer literacy
  • High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and strong follow-through
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
