Leverage your expertise as a Change Management Consultant focused on enterprise transformation and technology modernization. This is a hybrid role allowing flexible work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Head People Change Management work streams across initiatives
• Define strategies and assess impacts of change
• Aid transition to cloud-based data services
• Contribute to the enhancement of internal tools
• Develop comprehensive communication and training strategies
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Change Management or consulting roles
• Experience with technology-driven transformations
• Change Management certification, e.g., Prosci
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
