Reporting to the Manager, BFC/AFC, your primary focus will be on business development and risk management. Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales performance and track business development results
• Identify and cultivate new business relationships
• Offer expert advice on commercial banking products
• Ensure seamless member service through quality delivery
• Evaluate lending products and manage associated risks
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial lending
• Degree or diploma in related fields like Business or Finance
• Strong knowledge of commercial credit and risk assessment
• Proficient financial analysis and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English, with French being advantageous
