In this capacity, you will manage shop workflow, oversee technician support, and act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries. Your mechanical experience and leadership qualities will help enhance team development, ensure safety compliance, and maintain strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily service operations and workflows
• Schedule repairs and manage customer service tasks
• Support and guide technicians on repairs and orders
• Monitor job progress for quality assurance
• Conduct regular training sessions for team enhancement
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 5-10 years in the agricultural or heavy equipment sector
• Previous leadership experience a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
