What you’ll be doingAs a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you’ll work in a fast‑paced banking centre and use your knowledge of financial‑services products to help clients with their day‑to‑day banking needs. As a Client Service Representative, you’ll answer questions, assist with transactions, and proactively connect clients with the right team members, becoming the first line of support as they work towards their financial goals.
You are flexible to work our banking‑centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends, and to work at multiple centres within a reasonable travel distance.
- Client engagement – Help clients manage their accounts and products, focus on their experience, and connect them to the right CIBC team members to reach their goals.
- Problem solving – Listen, ask questions, and put yourself in the client’s shoes. Act like an owner, taking accountability for client issues and knowing when to lean on others to create better solutions together.
- Leveraging technology – Become a technology expert and introduce clients to our mobile banking applications, helping them better manage their banking needs.
