In this pivotal role, report directly to the Manager, BFC/AFC while managing a portfolio of business members. Your duties will include driving sales, assessing credit risks, and actively contributing to community initiatives. Collaborate with your team to ensure outstanding service delivery aligned with ACU’s values-based banking philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales by meeting designated business targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members
• Provide financial advice and ensure compliance
• Conduct credit evaluations and monitor risks
• Engage with the community to represent the Credit Union
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or related fields
• At least 3 years relevant lending experience
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Extensive knowledge of business products and policies
• Excellent proficiency in English;
French is a plus
