Key Responsibilities:

• Own multi-scenario long-range planning (LRP)

• Model P&L for consumer lending growth pillars

• Conduct scenario analysis for real-time insights

• Lead quarterly budget and rolling forecast process

• Deliver in-depth variance reporting for leadership

Requirements:

• 8+ years in FP&A or related fields

• Experience in consumer lending or fintech

• Proficiency in advanced Excel and SQL

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field

• Strong understanding of consumer lending economics
