Key Responsibilities:

• Record and reconcile inventory and capital asset entries

• Perform daily accounting and invoice activities

• Maintain accuracy in asset classification

• Address and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly

• Support audits and maintain detailed schedules

Requirements:

• 3+ years in inventory accounting experience

• High proficiency in Excel, especially for analyses

• Net Suite experience is preferred

• Knowledge in procurement and purchasing practices

• Eligibility to work in Canada is required
