Shape the future of finance at Coinbase Canada as an Accounting and Regulatory Reporting Manager. This remote role focuses on managing regulatory submissions and optimizing financial reporting systems.
In this crucial position, you will lead the charge on all recurring regulatory filings while ensuring IFRS compliance and maintaining cross-functional partnerships.
Your role involves enhancing reporting processes and internal controls, making significant contributions to Coinbase's growth in the dynamic cryptocurrency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee preparation and submission of required regulatory forms
• Conduct monthly management reporting and variance analysis
• Manage the maintenance of IFRS accounting records
• Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, and Legal for liquidity operations
• Develop automated processes that improve efficiency
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years in regulatory reporting or finance sectors
• CPA with extensive knowledge of Canadian securities laws
• Experience presenting financial reports to senior stakeholders
• Prior interactions with securities regulators
• Proven leadership in cross-functional projects
