This full-time, permanent role reports directly to the Manager of Accounting / Deputy Treasurer. We seek a professional committed to teamwork and integrity, tasked with enhancing our Tangible Capital Asset (TCA) system, ensuring compliance with Ontario regulations, and performing high-level financial analysis to drive informed decisions at all levels of management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate asset management information flow across departments
• Maintain municipal asset inventories, including roads and facilities
• Develop processes for managing asset infrastructure data
• Conduct inspections and manage utilization of asset software
• Lead risk management practices and performance measurement
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Diploma in relevant field
• Minimum three years in Asset Management, preferably municipal
• Familiar with PSAB standards and municipal regulations
• Knowledge of asset management software systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
Elevate asset management standards while collaborating with community leaders to drive positive change for the citizens of Strathroy-Caradoc.
