In this pivotal role, you will act as the principal finance representative at the Carberry Food Processing Plant. Your efforts will focus on daily financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting to ensure plant efficiency. Collaborating closely with various departments, you’ll analyze variances and identify opportunities for financial improvements that align with the plant's operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute daily usage variance across labor and materials

• Analyze and report financial variances weekly

• Prepare monthly energy reports for management

• Lead annual budget development for the plant

• Conduct inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree mandatory

• Strong analytical and technical skills in Excel

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing finance preferred

• Familiarity with PowerBI and SAP is advantageous

• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities
