As the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll oversee all aspects of warehouse management, including staff training and adherence to health and safety standards. Your leadership will ensure efficient operations while facilitating communication between teams. Key tasks will involve the supervision of loading and material handling processes, the maintenance of equipment, and the resolution of delivery issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse functions with a focus on safety

• Train staff to promote efficient operational practices

• Ensure proper loading and routing of outgoing shipments

• Coordinate maintenance schedules for material handling equipment

• Address and resolve delivery complaints swiftly

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent necessary

• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse management

• Two years of experience in material handling preferred

• Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Ability to operate warehouse software for order processing
