Resident Care Manager

Position: Full-Time Resident Care Manager Role
Drive quality care and satisfaction as a full-time Resident Care Manager d a skilled team of nursing professionals to enhance resident services.

In this vital role, reporting to the Director of Care, you will oversee the development and implementation of customized care plans while promoting an excellent resident experience. Your leadership will foster an interdisciplinary approach to resident needs, and your extensive knowledge in nursing practices will ensure compliance with health standards. You will also play a key role in staff education and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall resident care and satisfaction

• Implement and evaluate care plans with nursing staff

• Schedule and supervise nursing personnel

• Act as a role model with clinical expertise

• Champion quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in geriatric or long-term care

• Current unrestricted RN license required

• Knowledge of risk management and person-centered care

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Familiarity with Manitoba health standards
