Executive Director - LTC Full-time

We are seeking a dynamic, people-first Executive Director to lead a well-established long-term care home in Winnipeg. This leader will be responsible for overall operations, team leadership, quality of care, and driving a strong, engaged workplace culture.
Responsibilities- Lead LTC growth strategy and drive regional revenue targets.
- Own end-to-end pipeline ownership from prospecting to closing.
- Forecast revenue accurately and manage resources to meet targets.
- Develop and execute territory plans aligned with growth goals.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide data-driven insights.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve targets.
- Ensure high standards of client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Identify market opportunities and propose new initiatives for growth.
- Collaborate with product and operations to optimize delivery timelines.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and meetings.
- Uphold company values, ethics, and compliance in all activities.
- Proven track record of leading LTC growth and regional revenue growth.
- End-to-end sales ownership from prospecting to closing with forecast accuracy.
- Data-driven KPI tracking and analytics to inform strategy.
- Strong relationship management with executive-level clients and stakeholders.
