Position: Extendicare Operations Manager Role
Lead operations at Extendicare, enhancing health care quality and financial management. As Operations Manager, you'll oversee administrative functions in a long-term care home with full-time engagement.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Director and a high-performing administrative team. Your responsibilities include overseeing payroll, benefits, and compliance while supporting day-to-day operations. With a focus on delivering exceptional service, this position demands strong financial acumen and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR processes including payroll and scheduling

• Manage resident billing accounts for timely payments

• Support budgets, monitor spending, and achieve targets

• Supervise the administrative team, fostering collaboration

• Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field

• 3–5 years’ experience in office operations or healthcare

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Must obtain Vulnerable Sector Check
