In this full-time role, you'll manage the on-site stockroom, guiding the maintenance and security team. Your responsibilities include enforcing safety policies, working with management on plant goals, and ensuring compliance with company regulations. You will also lead employee performance management, create schedules, and assist the Maintenance Manager in achieving operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support stockroom maintenance and security teams

• Enforce food safety and personal safety policies

• Collaborate with management on achieving KPIs

• Oversee employee management and performance evaluations

• Prepare monthly departmental reports on budgets and purchasing

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• 3-5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing

• Strong organizational and computer skills

• Good written and oral communication abilities

• Positive attitude and leadership capabilities
