Key skills include strong negotiation, financial ownership, and documentation. You will lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining operational control and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full lifecycle of files from intake to final closeout

• Achieve gross profit targets across assigned projects

• Develop accurate scopes of work and pricing strategies

• Manage change orders to minimize margin loss

• Ensure audit-ready documentation is maintained throughout

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant restoration or construction experience

• Proficiency in Xactimate and/or Symbility

• Proven financial accountability and gross profit management

• Strong client relationship management skills

• Must hold a valid driver's license
