Position: Metis Employment Regional Coordinator

Drive impactful employment solutions as the Regional Coordinator with the Manitoba Métis Federation in Dauphin, MB. Oversee training programs, lead staff, and engage with local communities to improve outcomes.

The Manitoba Métis Federation is looking for a full-time Regional Coordinator within its Métis Employment & Training Department. You'll manage and monitor departmental programs while providing supervision and direction to the regional office staff team. Collaboration with local committees and stakeholders will be essential in administering effective training services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate operations of the Métis Regional office efficiently

• Supervise and support the MET Regional office staff team

• Collaborate with local committees on training programs

• Assess funding proposals, recommending action steps

• Manage financial obligations of projects as per contracts

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Management

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience

• 2 years' experience in employment and training services

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

• Valid Manitoba Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
