Campus Program Manager Women’s Recovery

Lead transformative addiction recovery at Adult & Teen Challenge in Brandon, Manitoba. As Campus Manager, you’ll guide program operations, spiritual direction, and team support in a Christian-centered environment.

In this full-time role, you will oversee residential recovery programs while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and accreditation standards. Your leadership will foster a culture of integrity, servant leadership, and unity among staff and volunteers. With a focus on program excellence and client well-being, you will address client progress, family engagement, and crisis management as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and supervise staff and volunteers

• Monitor program delivery and client outcomes

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

• Oversee campus operations and budget management

• Build healthy relationships with community partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required

• Leadership experience in addiction recovery or related fields

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Agreement with faith-based mission and values

• Ability to maintain a clear Vulnerable Sector Clearance
