As a full-time Regional Coordinator in the Métis Employment & Training Department, your role will focus on supervising staff and ensuring efficient program delivery. You will evaluate funding applications, maintain partnerships with community organizations, and oversee project financials. Your expertise in management will directly impact the community's employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct operations of the MET Regional office effectively

• Provide daily supervision to staff and direct support

• Collaborate with local committees for program administration

• Review funding proposals, recommending actions accordingly

• Ensure financial compliance for project activities

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• 1 year of management and supervisory experience

• Demonstrated experience in training program implementation

• Strong analytical skills for financial statements

• Willingness to travel with a valid driver’s license
