Faith Fellowship Associate Pastor Position

Step into the role of Associate Pastor of Discipleship & Family Ministries at Faith Fellowship Baptist Church. This full-time position focuses on supporting young families and adults in their faith journey.

As a vital member of FFBC, you will provide leadership and strategic discipleship development. Your goal will be to motivate engagement among young adults and families, fostering a sense of community and outreach within Brandon. Close collaboration with the Senior Pastor will be integral for successful implementation of church plans and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee discipleship and family ministry programs

• Mentor young adults and families in their faith

• Lead community outreach initiatives

• Participate in service planning and church activities

• Attend regular administrative meetings with church leadership
