In this full-time pastoral role, you will oversee the growth of children's and youth ministries at Faith Fellowship Baptist Church. As a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, you will develop discipleship strategies and foster team-building among our ministry leaders. Collaboration with the Senior Pastor and church leadership will be key to your efforts to cultivate a vibrant faith community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop children’s and youth programs

• Implement mentorship and engagement strategies

• Collaborate with senior leadership and deacons

• Participate in regular planning meetings

• Be an example of authentic Christian faith

Requirements:

• Full-time ministry experience preferred

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Passion for nurturing faith in children and youth

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment

• Commitment to working with church leadership
