Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in assessing their food assistance needs

• Distribute food assistance according to operational policies

• Manage volunteer scheduling and training for food programs

• Maintain cleanliness of food bank and community service areas

• Coordinate community food drives and emergency disaster support

Requirements:

• Minimum two years’ experience in social services or similar

• Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management

• Certified in First Aid/CPR, or willingness to obtain

• Valid Manitoba Class '5' Driver's license required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills needed
