At Food World Supermarket we are looking for a skilled and passionate Indian Street Food Cook to prepare and serve authentic Indian street-style dishes. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in traditional Indian snacks, chaats, tandoori items, and regional specialties, while maintaining high standards of hygiene, taste, and presentation. • Prepare, cook, and present Indian street food items such as chaats, tandoori snacks, and regional specialties.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and consistency meet company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.
• Follow standard recipes and portion control to minimize wastage.
• Manage prep work efficiently to handle rush hours.
• Monitor inventory and assist in ordering raw materials.
• Adhere to all food safety and health regulations (FSSAI or local standards).
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely food delivery.
• Suggest new menu ideas or seasonal street food additions.

• Proven experience as a cook specializing in Indian street food (restaurant, stall, or catering background preferred).
• In‑depth knowledge of Indian spices, flavors, and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high‑volume orders.
• Strong sense of cleanliness, organization, and teamwork.
• Basic understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation procedures.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
• Minimum education:
  
  High school or equivalent; culinary certification is a plus.

[Annual salary $45,000 to $50,000 based on experience]
