You will proactively drive results and develop strong relationships within your assigned portfolio. Strong candidates will have a diploma or degree in Business, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of three years of lending experience. Your focus on quality member service and risk management will ensure adherence to credit union standards while maximizing client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet business development and sales targets
• Maintain and grow member relationships through advice
• Provide compliant business banking services
• Evaluate lending requests against guidelines
• Participate in community initiatives and engagement
Requirements:
• Business diploma or degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of commercial or agriculture lending experience
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Proficient in English;
French considered an asset
• Knowledgeable in values-based banking approach
