AgWest is excited to announce an additional opening for a dynamic and results-driven Ag Equipment Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Neepawa, Manitoba
. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate individual who’s ready to build strong relationships with producers and drive success in the agricultural sector.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify and connect with potential customers, including farmers, cooperatives, and ag retailers.
• Conduct equipment presentations and demonstrate value-added solutions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless service and support.
• Provide exceptional after-sales assistance and product training to maintain long-term partnerships.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records, sales forecasts, and reporting as required.

What You Bring:

• A background in Agriculture, Business, or a related field (education or experience).
• Previous experience in agricultural equipment sales or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of farming operations and ag machinery.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory.
