Excel in your career as a Sales & Partner Manager with Tru Stage in Canada. This full-time opportunity focuses on nurturing partnerships and driving sales for financial services products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and attract new partners and clients
• Maintain day-to-day relationships with existing partners

• Provide training and support to partner's sales teams

Requirements:
• Over 5 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance
• Strong knowledge of life insurance market dynamics
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Travel flexibility of up to 75%
