Hudson Homes is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Display Home Host / Sales Assistant to join our team at our stunning Springfield Display Home.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys creating memorable customer experiences and wants to build a career in the residential building industry.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience while supporting our New Home Consultants in helping families achieve their dream of building a new home.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming visitors to our display home with a friendly and professional approach.
• Creating a positive first impression of Hudson Homes.
• Engaging with customers to understand their building journey and needs.
• Collecting and accurately recording customer information.
• Supporting lead generation and maintaining our customer database.
• Assisting our New Home Consultants with administration and customer follow-up.
• Ensuring the display home is presented to the highest standard at all times.
• Providing general information about our homes, inclusions and building process.
• Maintaining the presentation, cleanliness and stock levels throughout the display.

• Available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
• Well organised with strong administration skills.
• A great communicator who enjoys talking with people.
• Self-motivated while also working well within a team.
• Reliable, proactive and enthusiastic.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, reception or sales support will be highly regarded but is not essential.
