As a Senior Hydrogeologist in Dillon's Physical Hydrogeology group, you will mentor junior colleagues, lead environmental assessments, and design remedial action plans.

Your role will encompass developing strong client relations, participating in proposal writing, and enhancing Dillon's professional profile through active involvement in associations. Collaboration across multidisciplinary teams is essential to fulfilling assignments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor junior staff in hydrogeology practices

• Implement environmental investigations and remediation plans

• Manage client relationships and business proposals

• Collaborate with diverse project teams and subconsultants

• Represent Dillon in professional associations and committees

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in geological sciences

• At least 10 years in environmental consulting

• Licensed or eligible for a license in Ontario

• Proven leadership and team coordination skills

• Knowledge in groundwater modeling preferred
