As part of our team, the Transportation Trainee will contribute to the continuous operations of Koch Fertilizer, focusing on the loading of products and the operation of agricultural equipment. Candidates must enjoy working outdoors and demonstrate strong safety awareness in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load trucks and rail cars with fertilizer products
• Operate farm equipment and irrigation systems
• Maintain irrigation setup and yard cleanliness
• Perform maintenance tasks and assist plant operations
• Utilize communication skills for effective teamwork
Requirements:
• Experience in operating industrial machinery
• High School Diploma or apprenticeship completion
• Valid class five driver's license required
• Capability to lift weights and work in varied weather
• Availability for shift work and on-call duties
