About the Role

Quarry Hills Excavation & Gravel specializes in gravel, sewer and water, and earthworks. We take pride in delivering efficient, reliable service and are currently seeking an On-Call Snow Removal Operator (Skid Steer) to support our team throughout the upcoming winter season. This role is strictly on-call and weather-dependent, with both day and night shift availability required, seven days per week.

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Proven experience operating a skid steer
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Experience working with hand tools and power tools is an asset
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to use equipment and tools to clear sidewalks (e.g., shovels, snowblowers)
