Service Technician – Agricultural Equipment or Heavy‑Duty Mechanic

• Install, balance, rotate, and repair passenger, light truck, commercial, agriculture, and off‑road tires.
• Operate and maintain mobile service truck and equipment safely.
• Perform on‑site tire service at customer locations and roadside.
• Perform scheduled fleet tire inspections for commercial clients.
• Diagnose tire‑related issues and perform repairs, rotations, and installations.
• Assist shop teammates as needed.
• Run crane service truck for large on‑farm repairs.
• Participate in after‑hours/emergency service (premium pay).
• Maintain shop, equipment, and trucks.
• Work closely with management and teammates to get the job done right.

• Valid driver’s license with clean abstract.
• Experience as a Tire Technician (agriculture, construction, or commercial).
• Mechanical aptitude with fleet vehicles.
• Willingness to work overtime, Saturdays, and on‑call.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy tires (125 lbs) and problem‑solve in the field.
