Position: Residential Pool Installation Foreman Role

We are hiring a Pool Installation Foreman to manage and lead teams in residential pool construction.

Your role will involve overseeing the full scope of excavation, pool placement, and installation while maintaining safety regulations and quality standards. Effective communication with homeowners and managers is key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation crews to ensure efficiency

• Handle excavation, grading, and pool equipment tasks

• Coordinate site logistics and manage subcontractors

• Conduct regular safety and quality inspections

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of pool installation/construction experience

• 1+ year of leadership experience

• Strong understanding of pool construction methods

• Proficient in reading construction drawings

• Valid Class 5 Manitoba driver’s license required
